- purchase a house
- building a house
- settling in a house
- or other personal projects
What are the benefits of BUILDING SOCIETY ACCOUNT ?
BUILDING SOCIETY ACCOUNT is a saving program spread over at least 3 years and which leads you to estate loan.
- A accomodating clauses
The subscriber chooses the saving periodicity that suits him/her: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
- A safe saving
Every 25th of the month, the staggered amount is automatically transfered into the saving account. This account shall be blocked throughout the duration of the contract.
- A long term guaranteed credit
At the end of the saving period, you :
- have your savings of the BUILDING SOCIETY ACCOUNT and the generated interests,
- have the possibility of obtaining a real estate loan reaching six times the average balance of the saving made up over the 3 year period within the double limit of 15 million F CFA and of the transferable share,
- the refund period of the granted loan is maximum 10 years.
Throughout the whole contract, the BUILDING SOCIETY ACCOUNT is remunerated at the annual interest rate of 4,5%.
What are the subscription conditions ?
Any individual having a regular income being able to be domiciled or delegated, holder or not of a current account at OMNIFINANCE can subscribe to the BUILDING SOCIETY ACCOUNT program for him/herself or for a third person.
All you need is
- to make a minimum initial deposit of 100 000 F CFA,
- to make a minimum monthly contribution of 25 000 F CFA,
- to sign the BUILDING SOCIETY ACCOUNT contract.
